- Appointments
• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and complete any necessary forms.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. - Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellation notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.
• No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged in full and may be required to prepay future bookings. - Conduct & Respect
• SŌMΛ is a sacred, professional space. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from future services.
• Our therapists reserve the right to decline or end a treatment if they feel unsafe or disrespected. - Payments
• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. - Health & Hygiene
• For the wellbeing of all clients and staff, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
• Our studio maintains strict hygiene protocols in line with industry standards. - Children & Guests
• Due to the tranquil nature of our space, we ask that only clients receiving treatment attend the session.
